Reduced Foam Dispensing Problems |

We installed 17 automatic liquid-foam soap dispensers across hospitality and healthcare restroom modernization projects between 2022 and 2025, and by 2026 the operational consistency has remained substantially stronger than earlier foam-dispensing systems previously maintained in comparable high-traffic environments. Older commercial foam dispensers repeatedly developed unstable infrared activation near reflective wall materials, inconsistent foam output during continuous public usage, and delayed shutoff timing that often caused excessive soap consumption, whereas this dispenser maintained highly dependable motion detection with smooth and balanced foam distribution throughout heavy daily operation. Previous foam-dispensing systems also required repeated recalibration because of fluctuating refill-pressure conditions and changing ambient lighting exposure, while this unit maintained noticeably stronger activation stability with fewer maintenance interruptions overall. Housekeeping supervisors initially performed minor sensitivity adjustments on several deeper sink installations, but once standardized the dispensing consistency, infrared timing stability, and long-term operational reliability remained highly dependable across all installed properties.
